As we continue to develop Marine & Offshore activities, we are delighted to offer a unique opportunity to join our organisation as Plan Approval Surveyor for Machinery operations. Position is located within our Istanbul office in Türkiye. S/he will be welcomed in a supportive and continuous learning environment.

Functional Competencies :

• Perform review of sea-going and river going ships and establishments’ electrical documents according to applicable rules, regulations, and delegations,

• Support Equipment & Material Certification team and Consultancy Services team in drawing review, inspection, or consultancy work, as and when required,

• Communicate and work closely with internal and external stakeholders and ensure contract requirements are met,

• Support and provide technical advice to clients,

• Participate in meetings (both internal and external) as required,

• Ensure timely and accurate submission of time & expense sheets,

• Keep up to date with new rules, regulations, and technical information or process disseminated through internal communication.

Requirements:

• Degree inNaval Architect and Marine/Ocean Engineering, Mechanical Engineering

• Good command of English verbal and written,

• Minimum 3 years of relevant workexperience,

• Site experience (shipyards, design companies) and/or design review experience within the maritime industry,

• Team player with a sense of responsibility.
