Principle duties & Responsibilities:
Operational and tactical management of distribution operations in the market in cooperation with WH teams and International transportation team.
Support local business organization in line with EMEA Supply Chain – and Regional Logistics Execution strategy.
Execution and continuous improvement of best operational standards and practices together with peers and service providers.
Maintenance of relationships and keeping control of the local logistic service providers and service companies through a set of KPIs and its regular reviews with analyzing and actions focused on performances.
Active participation and contribution to projects directly or indirectly related to Logistics Execution scope of work and its processes in the market.
Plan and support tendering process and negotiations with LSP’s together with Regional Transport Operations and Procurement.
Leading, coaching and developing a Distribution controller.
Requirements:
University degree preferably in Logistic, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering
Min. 5 years of working experience in warehouse & transportation or other operations function. Overall supply chain knowledge and procurement experience is a strong asset
Strong interpersonal & leadership skills
Fluency in English
