About the role
- Implement our market strategy, suggest changes based on knowledge of your local market, and engage other team members in strong team cooperation.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand industry dynamics, key players, competition, and trends in the masonry and plastering reinforcement sectors. Develop and present a comprehensive commercial and market growth plan.
- Collaborate with the commercial, technical, and marketing teams to effectively implement the growth strategies for both product lines.
- Lead the sales process within your region by understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and managing key accounts across both business sectors.
- Utilise project management and advisory skills to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction in masonry and plastering markets.
- Independently manage geographic areas and accounts, providing monthly forecasts and reports.
- Co-create the sales and cost budget and actively support its implementation.
About You
Essential skills & competencies:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in an appropriate technical, commercial or business discipline.
- Proven experience in a sales, marketing or commercial role in the buildings/construction products sector, preferably with knowledge of masonry and plaster reinforcement products.
- As a pivotal player in our market development strategy, we are seeking a candidate with a solid motivation to develop the market and acquire new long-term business relationships; proven success in market/customer development is a must. This role will be crucial in shaping our future growth and success.
- Knowledge of the requirements for working with architects, contractors, and distributors.
- With a strong technical background, we are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn and explore new products and solutions. This role offers a great opportunity for personal and professional growth, allowing you to expand your skills and knowledge in the buildings/construction products sector.
- Excellent teamwork capabilities, along with solid communication and influence skills.
- Analytical thinker with a strong commercial sense.
- Travel regularly – more than 60%
- Native Turkish speaker and fluent in English
