Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Marketing & Digital Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing and digital initiatives to drive brand awareness, enhance guest engagement, and achieve revenue goals. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and digital expertise to effectively promote Sofitel Istanbul Taksim across various platforms.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English.
Proficiency in using marketing software and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite).
Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
Additional Information
Build Marketing & Digital yearly plan and budget covering all marketing channels, digital levers, and brand momentum
Plan and execute all digital marketing activities including but not limited to SEO, SEA, email marketing, social media, display, metasearch, OTA advertising
Create and manage engaging content for digital platforms to drive traffic and increase online visibility.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Collaborate with the sales and events teams to create targeted campaigns that attract and retain guests.
Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure the delivery of high-quality marketing materials and services.
Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Ensure brand consistency and adherence to corporate guidelines across all marketing channels.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep the hotel’s marketing strategies current and effective.
