Job Desriptions:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Management Trainee to join our team at Pernod Ricard Türkiye. This role is designed for recent graduates or students in their final year of study who are passionate about marketing and eager to gain hands-on experience in the industry. As a Marketing Management Trainee, you will support the Brand Manager in various marketing activities, including market research, budget management, and agency coordination. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and grow within a global leader in the spirits and wine industry.
Responsibilities:
- Brand Support: Assist the Brand Manager with:
- Brand strategy development & implementation
- Campaign management
- Daily administrative tasks
- Market analysis and research
- Building and maintaining relationships with agencies
- Technical Skills: Demonstrate excellent command of MS Office programs.
- Brand Strategy Development: Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies and marketing plans.
- Budget Management: Track brand budget management, ensuring proper checking and protection of PO and PR.
- Report Preparation: Prepare evaluation reports before and after marketing activities and assist in their organization.
- Agency and Supplier Management: Ensure effective management of agencies and suppliers in marketing activations.
- Marketing Activities: Support ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) activities by working closely with the Brand team.
- Communication: Exhibit strong written and oral communication and follow-up skills, including effective communication with all levels of management.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate from a reputable university in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Academic Performance: Maintain a good academic level with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Experience: Preferably past trainee, internship, and office experiences. Job experience in social media management (Instagram, Youtube etc.) is advantageous.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrate a sense of urgency and adherence to deadlines.
- Availability: Preferably available for full-time work with flexible working hours.
- Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, confident, and ethical. Enjoy working in a team and have a passion for Scotch Whiskies. Interest in sports (especially in football) and gaming is a plus.
