Marketing Specialist

Sephora has been active in Turkey since 2007, with 41 stores and online in 10 different cities. As Sephora Turkey, we are looking for a “Marketing Specialist”

Mission:

Social Media own channel management and assisting the marketing department in Advertising, Full Funnel Media & Influencer Marketing.

You will be responsible for:

  • Owns Sephora Turkey organic Social Media channel management.
  • Works closely with Offer, CRM & E-commerce teams to be fully aligned with company goals.
  • Locally adapts & follow ups monthly Social Media calendar
  • Creates & updates annually Social Media Strategy with Digital Agency to increase follower & engagement in own channels.
  • Creates regularly local content for omni, retail, web/app communications.
  • Creates and executes engaging & creative SoMe content plans for Press & Store Opening & Instore & Customer Engagement events.
  • Owns SoMe moderation & response templates leading Digital Agency, reporting to CRM team when necessary.
  • Prepares monthly, quarterly & annual internal & central SoME reports and post campaign reports.
  • Translates and adapts global contents.
  • Works with media agency for SoMe follower based Ads & follows up budget.
  • Responsible for blog editorial content & analytics. Blog agency management & Brand relations(for blog content).
  • Works closely with Marcom Executive to support influencer marketing & Affiliate.
  • Communicates with brands about media investments
