The Team
The PVH Southeast Hub is one of the most dynamic Hub organizations within PVH. We are responsible for developing the PVH brands (Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein) in the emerging markets such as Italy, Turkey, Greece, Middle East, Africa, and the CIS region. While covering a massive area of 45+ countries, our hub is extremely diverse (25+ nationalities) and has strong potential. We are ambitious and committed to unlocking our full potential and to optimizing the positioning of PVH in our markets.

The Position
As the Office Coordinator and Receptionist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for both employees and visitors, extending a warm welcome upon their arrival and providing guidance as needed in a courteous and professional manner. Your responsibilities will include supporting various office functions in ensuring smooth operations throughout the business with efficiency and punctuality.
Key Responsibilities
To maintain effective and efficient operations within the PVH Turkey Office, the responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
Serving as the initial point of contact for all visitors and guests, offering a welcoming demeanor and directing them to appropriate departments.
Upholding personal and professional conduct that aligns with the brand’s standards.
Handling incoming calls, screening them as necessary, and redirecting them to relevant departments.
Managing calendars for meeting rooms and arranging catering when needed.
Overseeing the ordering process and maintaining records of incoming and outgoing deliveries for PVH
Generating purchase orders and invoices for Office and HR, overseeing office and dry goods inventory, and reconciling cash receipts for PVH expenses
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and security regulations during working hours and in emergency evacuations
Serving as travel partner in coordination with Egencia
Maintaining organized records for easy retrieval by relevant personnel
Coordinating inbound and outbound packages and deliveries
Promptly escalating any cleaning, maintenance, or IT issues
Providing general administrative support for all office functions when needed
Supporting relevant people in coordinating various events such as Market Launches, Associates Events, and internal or external workshops/trainings
Maintaining close relationship with Ferko management
Serving as onsite First Aider
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in Facilitating Office or Front of House roles.
You’ll need to be a proactive self-starter with a proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
A positive, can-do attitude, coupled with energy and enthusiasm, will be essential for success in this role.
You should demonstrate self-motivation and a drive to excel.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.
Good English communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
You must be adept at managing multiple priorities and multitasking effectively.
