JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct quantitative analysis and insights to optimize omnichannel profitability.
- Review business performance weekly to identify opportunity and risk, escalating issues for resolution.
- Collaborate with merchandising and planning to support related teams defining the optimum assortment to achieve sales plans and develop.
- Actively manage opening and processes for new doors in retail and wholesale inline with the expansion strategy and align with global teams
- Create and track performance reports, communicate the KPIs with vendors on digital channels.
- Support on omnichannel promotional calendar; prepare communicational and operational tools and lead the execution.
- Manage external vendor relationships, including supply, IT and maintenance vendors for Store facilities and internal operations
- Drive omnichannel sales profitability by identifying productivity improvements and OPEX savings opportunities, aligning with internal stakeholders and implementing the changes, in line with local legislation and company strategies
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for stores, taken into consideration time and resources optimization and relevance according to local store needs
- Participate in the preparation of business plans by coordinating part of the process and supporting business partners in planning activities. Effectively organize, prioritize and schedule activities to meet deadlines.
- Maximize EBIT based on outcome of Labor model/workforce management tool and hit payroll target. Lead compensation cost and provides worked hours. Monitor & track worked hours, productivity per hour and compensation cost for the markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business area or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of strong omnichannel operational background preferably in apparel company.
- Fluent in English
- Good understanding of Retail processes
- Customer focused and build engagement with others
- Good knowledge of store P&L’s
- Pragmatic, team player and problem solver
- Able to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Influence change and strong organization skills
- Able to build strong business relationships
- Willingness to work within flexible working hours if required,
- No military service obligation for male candidates,
- No travel restrictions.
