Danfoss Power Solutions invites you to embark on a thrilling career journey as a Operational Controller Manufacturing in Çerkezköy, Tekirdağ.

In this role, you will be responsible for working with Business Unit & Plant Controller, Plant Management to prepare productivity files, standard costs, various simulations for different business scenarios and as well explain financial results (monthly and quarterly) for Operations.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include,but are not limited to,the following

• Develop and report operational KPIs every month in order to improve performance of Çerkezköy Plant

• Perform the monthly closing and rolling forecast processes for the business and provide high quality,timely and accurate information to the plant controller and other members of the plant leadership team

• Prepare and contribute to monthly Operating Reviews with Plant Management

• Work closely with FP&A team to generate insightful and timely financial reporting for the Operations

• Coordinate all manufacturing Supply/Maintenance spending including financial reviews, country-specific prioritization and ensuring critical spend items are progressed in a timely manner and dramatically improving forecast accuracy

• Routine audits of SAP costing modules including routings and BOM’s. Provide leadership to correct errors,update costs and make continuous improvement to processes

• Identify opportunities for flexing manufacturing and support costs in relation to top line as well as other productivity improvements and work with operations to implement the actions

• Ensure working capital improvements are reflected in monthly forecasts and defined plans are in place to achieve

• Lead the annual Standard Costing Process with SCM,plant management and MFG-Pro team

• Following up CONC (cost of non-conformance) reporting monthly

• Provide developmental guidance and leadership to the operations finance team,including ensuring prioritization of work,definition and execution of development plans

The ideal candidate possesses these skills

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting and finance with professional qualification (CA,CPA) a strong plus

• 5-8 years work experience in a directly related capacity

• Successful track record in a global, industrial company. Comfortable operating in a matrix environment

• In-depth understanding of standard costing, preferably acquired through previous experience as Plant Controller

• Solid knowledge of US Gaap and ERP systems (MFGPro preferred, SAP, Oracle or equivalent). Advanced Excel and Powerpoint user

• Has developed financial modeling and project management skills

• Ability to analyze, interpret and present financial information that demonstrates structured thinking and good problem solving

• Candidate will be intellectually rigorous, systematic in identifying root causes and tenacious in following up and delivering results

• Strong communicator, can work effectively with people and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities

• Fluent in English and Turkish
