Job Responsibilities:
- Manage sales processes by analyzing customer requests and providing the most suitable solutions.
- Develop relationships with the existing customer portfolio and acquire new customers by identifying potential clients.
- Promote products and services, prepare presentations, and create proposals.
- Handle customer feedback and share it with relevant departments.
- Prepare and present sales reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Communication, Business Administration, or related fields).
- Knowledge of IT software technologies and proficient in MS Office programs
- Experience in internal sales is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Open to goal-oriented teamwork and dynamic learning.
