For our Smart Infrastructure – Electrification and Automation Business Unit, we are looking for an Order Manager/Data Analyst. This role will be responsible for ordering/ tracking all Protection & Automation Products within a system and make milestone tracking for each and every order.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Conduct order management Protection & Automation Products

  • Establish and monitor the order plan

  • Coordination and collaboration with factory related intern & extern groups

  • Evaluate the process risks and initiate necessary actions

  • Ensure that order processes are in line with Siemens guidelines

  • Creation of Purchase Orders

  • Tracking of daily Purchasing Requisitions

  • Follow up of Orders

  • Tracking via OMS & SAP & internal tools

  • Prioritize orders when needed

  • Communication with HQ delivery related departments

  • Follow up Goods Receipt in local warehouse, creating invoices within the system and checking commercial status of orders

  • Being part of digitalization projects

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Excellent customer understanding, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Solution oriented, willing to work with different cultures

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economy, business administration, engineering) or related field

  • Advanced command of English.

  • Very good command of MS Office applications

  • SAP knowledge is a must (or any ERP related similar program knowledge required )

  • SharePoint knowledge is optional, can be able to work on MS Office programs and move forward with digitalization abilities and understanding

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience preferably in order management or order tacking
