Job Description:

QUALIFICATIONS

o Bachelor or Master Degree in Industrial Engineering,Statistics and/or similar sciences 

o 1-2 years of work/internship experience

o Fluent in English

o Customer focused

o Good communication and interpersonal skills

o Good analytical and problem solving skills

o Demonstrate leadership skills/potential

o Ability to build relationships and work well as part of a team

o Strong interest in career opportunities in the parcel industry

o Willingness and capable to take extra efforts and handle stress

o Strong sense of responsibility

o Flexibility and mobility to move between UPS sites

o Residing in İstanbul

JOB DESCRIPTION

o Business process optimization activities among the company

o Leading process improvement initiatives

o Support on service provider processes

o Support on monthly compensation calculations

o Conduct monthly cost studies

o To make OSP inspections by working closely with area officials

o Early responsibility and fast progression to managerial operational roles

o Experience of working within fast paced sites and environments

o Visiting OSPs and conducting on-site inspections

o To carry out the necessary studies for the newly opened OSPs and to work with the Procurement department.

o Making the operational and financial analysis of OSPs , following up the business process and controling it.
