Part-time Working Student (Accounting&Controlling)

We are looking for a Part-time Working Student.

Organization: Controlling and Finance Accounting, Reporting and Controlling

Mode of employment: Part-time

What are your responsibilities?

• Take accounting responsibility for vendor reconcilations
• Do reconcilations with vendors and follow up the open topics of reconcilations from the group e-mail address
• Sending balance statement reports to vendors
• Support the team for closing processes at accounting/controlling area
• Prepare related financial datas at audit process
• Issuing the return invoices to the vendor companies
• Uploading MT940 files and creating bank statements reports periodically

What do you need to qualify for this job?

• 3rd year student in faculty of Management / Business Administration / Economics or a related area
• Able to work 2,5-4 days in a week remotely and/or in Kartal
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Flexible and good team player
• Result orientation with strong analytical thinking
• Open minded and highly collaborative
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
