For our Finance Department in Siemens Turkey R&D, we are looking for a Part-time Commercial Specialist. This role will be responsible for supporting Finance Team.
What are my responsibilities?
- Support in project related monthly invoicing / closing transactions while ensuring all project/order plan, revenues, costs, accruals, etc. are captured in the financial statement.
- Support in Monthly Reporting,
- Support in Calculating productivity of resources.
- Support in project / training related purchasing process
- Support in updates in hours/invoice tools, calculating productivity of resources.
- Act in close cooperation with corporate groups like Accounting, Finance, Tax, Procurement & Logistics, Legal, Compliance (as relevant).
- Support in Digitalization & Automation.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- 2nd or 3th year student in faculty of Business Administration / Economics or a related area.
- Able to work 2-3 days/week in Kartal partly remote
- Good command of MS Office applications.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Flexible and good team player.
- Result orientation with strong analytical thinking.
- Open minded and highly collaborative.
