Partner Account Manager – Türkiye

Your Impact

As a Partner Account Manager you will help Partners transform their business by refining value propositions, sales strategies, and Cisco solution adoption. Building trust with Partner sales teams is key to increasing active sellers, requiring a customer-focused sales approach and a “train, teach, position” coaching method. You’ll need to understand industry trends driving Partner and customer transformation, while strengthening Partner loyalty through capacity-building and collaboration. Engaging extended teams to scale resources and ensure accountability will be essential.

You’ll guide Partners in go-to-market strategies and sales coaching, demonstrating how Cisco technology provides competitive advantages and improves business outcomes. Additionally, you’ll leverage financial expertise to grow mindshare and wallet share within Partner accounts, driving revenue growth.
