We are currently seeking a Payroll Speacialist Turkey to join our Human Resources division at CEVA Logistics Turkey in Istanbul. As a member of the Payroll department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Process payroll for employees, ensuring accurate calculation of wages, tax, local incentives, and employee benefits.
  • Collaborating with tax experts and labor law consultants to ensure compliance and optimization.
  • Ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data, including detailed reports on labor hours, overtime, leave balances, head count, and retirement contributions.
  • Manage the end-to-end process for employee exits, including final settlements.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
  • Facilitate audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
  • Oversee subcontractor processes, ensuring proper compliance and management.
  • Actively engage in HR digital transformation efforts, implementing process simplifications and enhancements, and staying informed about the latest advancements.
  • Maintain strong collaborative relationships with the finance team, HRIS, C&B teams to ensure cohesive operations and strategic alignment across departments.
  • Engage with CEVA regions as needed, facilitating communication and collaboration to support global initiatives and share best practices.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role; experience in an international company is a plus.
  • Excellent command of the English language, with strong communication skills to effectively interact at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a track record of improving HR processes.
  • Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and committed to staying up-to-date with the latest HR trends and technologies.
  • Good knowledge of Labor Law and SGK Law legislation.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
