Pexels is one of the largest stock image libraries in the world and is made up of a talented community of photographers from across the globe. 

The Pexels Community team is focused on celebrating, highlighting and nurturing photographers from around the world, and supporting them in their pursuit of excelling in their craft. We give members a platform to share content that highlights the diversity, specialties and uniqueness of their country. All of this imagery is used by millions of creatives around the globe.

About the Role

Pexels Community Ambassadors work directly with Pexels members, photographers and videographers in their country. As the face of the brand in your country you will be directly responsible for growing the user base, engaging with our current members and crafting partnerships. Our Community Ambassadors are key players in growing and diversifying the library of stock-photos and videos.

What you’ll do

  • Execute our current community playbook and programs to engage and grow your local community.
  • Organize and host one or more monthly meetups in your city, predominantly photowalks, where members can connect, collaborate and create together. Average attendance: 10-30 attendees.
  • Manage and grow a local social media handle, increase post engagement & followers
  • Assist in translating important documents, messaging and materials to ensure members are receiving notifications in their native language. 
  • Provide relevant feedback and data from the community to the wider community team and other key stakeholders

What we’re looking for

  • You are a photographer that loves photography
  • Outgoing, personable and enjoys talking to and meeting new people
  • Deep networks in the local photographer community 
  • You are an excellent communicator
  • You are tenacious and take ownership of deliverables and outcomes
  • Must have native-level proficiency in Thai and be fluent in English.
  • Ideally have experience creating content for social media (Instagram, TikTok) 
  • Ideally have experience being a member of an online or offline community
  • Ideally have experience attending or hosting online and/or offline events
