About the Role:

We are looking for a Project Management Officer based in Istanbul to report directly to the Region Türkiye Manager. This role involves managing and coordinating various project streams, ensuring adherence to resource, budget, and time constraints. You will be responsible for defining recovery plans and implementing corrective actions in line with the company’s qualitative and quantitative standards. This position is crucial for promoting best practices and fostering collaboration within the teams.

Main Responsibilities:

• Contribute to company project plans across all functions, defining relevant scope, milestones, deadlines, and systems
• Facilitate and guide the allocation of necessary resources
• Track project performance and provide relevant feedback as needed
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, budget, and resources
• Ensure projects are delivered within the defined timeline and budget
• Use a change management approach to coordinate resources, third parties, and stakeholders
• Create and report project documentation, keeping all related parties informed of progress

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Demonstrated experience in project management
• Possession of PMP certification would be considered an asset
• Strong communication skills and expertise in change management
• Highly result-oriented
• Proficiency in SAP (SD and Production modules) would be advantageous
• Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English and Turkish
• Willingness to travel for business within and outside Türkiye
