Job Description
- Executes the Bosch Power Tools B2C strategy by running day-to-day operations on B2C marketplaces in Turkey
- Monitors and optimizes the performance of sales and on-site conversion (CVR)
- Drives and optimizes sales performance of the local B2C marketplaces
- Holds responsibility for meeting P&L targets and sales metrics
- Manages and oversees the implementation of global commercial guidelines and 4P implications on the B2C marketplaces:
- Prices in line with pricing rules & corridors
- Available products & exclusives in line with assortment structures & guidelines
- Promotion rules as outlined in global B2C rules
- D2C Marketplaces managed in line with local platform guidelines
- Works closely with global, regional and local teams to identify and implement new B2C marketplaces in Turkey
- Coordinates regularly with the regional head of B2C and holds relationships with local marketplaces
Qualifications
- You have several years of experience and proven success in e-commerce and digital marketing
- You have a self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment
- You have experience in managing roadmaps, budget and resources
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree or university degree in digital, commercial or business-related field
- You are fluent in English
