Job Description

The BD Design Director serves as the presentation design leader of Agency BD CE efforts, with primary responsibilities as the design partner on complex and large RFIs/RFPs. They are accountable for helping the team craft the full response, proposal design up level and best-in-class deliverables at every stage. They keep a pulse on industry, client, and agency business design news, trends, and offer proactive ideas to strengthen quality, efficiency, and growth.

They visually manage and lead complex and new internal initiatives independently from start to finish, while ensuring proactiveness, communication across team members and stakeholders, project quality, results, and impact. With best-in-class BD assets, content, resources, and RFIs/RFPs.

  • Creating best-in-class visually compelling presentations that effectively communicate the agency’s strengths and solutions to potential clients. This involves understanding client needs, designing clear narratives, creating visually successful slides and graphics consistent with the agency’s brand, and managing deadlines effectively. The role also requires proficiency in presentation software and graphic design tools, as well as the ability to adapt creatively to different client brand needs and incorporating feedback to refine presentations for maximum impact.
  • Excel in storytelling through design, ensuring clarity and impact
  • Develop visually compelling pitch decks that articulate the agency’s value proposition and drive new business goals
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development partners to understand pitch objectives and tailor designs accordingly
  • Contribute creative design ideas and insights in pitch strategy sessions
  • Create pitch templates and style guides to maintain consistency across the team
  • Work with internal stakeholders to enhance the clarity and visual appeal of messaging
  • Oversee project timelines and workload to ensure high-quality deliverables

Qualifications

Years of Experience:

  • 8-10 years of related presentation design experience; experience with AOR and DAOR advertising, large network agency experience preferred.
  • 3 years prior experience working in healthcare Business Development essential.

Department Specific Skills:

  • Strong motion graphics and video capabilities
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse presentation styles and formats
  • Strong accountability, team communication and response speed
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, Indesign)
  • Exceptional visual storytelling skills, with expertise in typography, color theory, and layout

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $119,000 to $160,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
