Role Overview:

WC&BIO Product Manager in Johnson & Johnson MedTech /Ethicon is responsible for execution of marketing strategies to meet the Bleeding Management business goals across Wound Closure & Biosurgery product platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch.
• Identify, build and strengthen key customer relationships.
• Create product strategy documents that describe high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and return on investment.
• Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications.
• Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates ETHICON across primary market segments.
• Collaborate closely with local Sales team, Strategy and Pricing department, Finance and regional Marketing and Strategy teams for the product and procedure development as well as balancing resources to ensure success for the entire organization
• Efficiently running key procedures, KOLs, and projects for driving market development of the assigned product.
