Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Product Management, the Senior Product Owner for Experian Health will be a key leader in creating solutions that help us scale our access platforms to improve the way healthcare is delivered to patients.You will be responsible for technical product oversight for delivery and execution of solutions identified by the Product Manager and key stakeholders in Experian Health.

You will:

  • Participate with product development teams to define product requirements, priorities, and acceptance criteria
  • Role model the gathering of additional insight directly from the client and other external sources of expert information to offer unique and current perspectives on the overall product vision and backlog.
  • Be an expert at identifying and acting against complex and distant potential road blockers, holding team members accountable for identifying and addressing individual road blockers to personal progress.
  • Support implementation processes and documentation to communicate and set client expectations and help troubleshoot on product issues.
  • Evaluation and incorporation of intelligent technologies including AI and automation
  • Translation of design led development initiatives into user stories
  • Demonstrate excellent technological knowledge and proficiency, sharing this with others in their team to improve performance.
  • Consistently demonstrates effective time management across challenging and overlapping projects, supporting others in the team with managing their schedule.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, information technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Business Analyst
  • 3+ years Advanced level knowledge of Agile development process
  • Atlassian Product knowledge required (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket)
  • Scrum training required. Certification preferred
  • 10% travel required
