Why is this role really critical to us? 

Lead and be accountable of execution of the strategy of generating digital mobile gross addition inline with the overall Vodafone Turkey’s vision & goals

How will you spend your time at Vodafone? 

  • Define and execute commercial strategy and actions of the squad
  • Identify key opportunities in the market through data analysis, competition benchmarks, extensive market research and understanding customer insights
  • Bring commercial & journey related insights from other OpCos, VF Group, other markets & industries on digital mobile acquisition areas (thru continuous data analysis, researches, contacting with key people etc)
  • Monitor closely competitive position & sales performance
  • Ensure up to date, hero offers and/or competitive responses are ready at sales channels; align with other Center of Excellence and Finance departments where necessary.
  • Identify key opportunities and innovative product models to differentiate in the market through data analysis, competition benchmarks, extensive market research and understanding customer insights 
  • To execute full life cycle of several products & services in his/her responsibility area to increase the market and digital acquisition share of Vodafone Turkey and apply best practices to highlight Vodafone Turkey’s differentiation in the market.
  • Work across the organization to ensure products and services in his/her responsibility area are delivered on time with an amazing customer experience
  • Act as a Main Point of Contact for product propositions, align with IT teams and pricing teams and follow up defined actions to deliver planned products
  • Request and ensure timely delivery of products
  • Initiate the corrective product related actions to be taken to achieve the planned objectives and to remain competitive against the competition.
  • Closely follow up vendors’ performance
  • Work in harmony with agile practices

You are just the person we’ve been looking for, if you have: 

  • BSc. degree in business administration, industrial engineering, economics or similar fields of engineering
  • Has a strong commercial mindset, ability to define marketing and sales opportunities
  • Highly proactive, have a strong can-do attitude
  • Has passion to learn telecom industry and sales dynamics
  • Flexible on taking responsibility of other roles (commercial, marketing, channel) where needed to build a collaborative team environment and ensure team commitments are met on time and with high quality
  • Flexible mind set to adapt to a constantly changing business field
  • Has analytical thinking skills in every aspect of work and pays attention to details
  • Knowledge and experience of agile working model and/ or ability to adapt to agile working environment and dynamics
  • Good at multi-task management & problem solving
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and inter-personal skills
  • Good team player, have social skills that enables collaboration closely and easily with core team members and stakeholders
  • Result oriented and delivery-focused
