Manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs, ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs, optimize inventory and process improvements
Broadening knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy, may include support roles with specialized technical field of knowledge; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills
Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area
May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters
A job at this level requires good interpersonal skills and may be required to lead a junior team. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Explains technical information to others
Manage, update utilize work orders in SAP system. Check and update routings. Ensure transfer of work orders (operations) to MES (Manufacturing Execution System) for hours registering in workshop
Identify and correct registries to increase MOS (Material Optimization System) score. If necessary, request corrections from other departments/teams
Support Production and Quality teams for update of Non-Quality work orders.
Attend improvement activities such as Kaizen and Lean events. Represent Planning Team as an expert of SAP
Improve standard work, eliminate waste (both software and task based)
Required Qualifications
Ability to work in Gebze location
Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
Advanced level of English both oral & written
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience with SAP, familiar with PP module, MES software and work order management
Enthusiastic and excited for improvement projects/initiatives
