What you´ll do

• Manage and create production schedules, ensuring fine scheduling in the frozen zone.
• Analyze production capacity, schedule adherence, and resource utilization to optimize efficiency.
• Maximize production output and improve plant resource efficiency.
• Support phase-in and phase-out processes for new product launches and production trials.
• Work closely with central planning and production teams, translating monthly plans into weekly line schedules.
• Conduct capacity analysis and ensure material availability for production.
• Oversee all planning processes for powder, liquid and cosmetic production.

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related Engineering departments
• Candidates with 2 to 5 years of experience ideally within a multinational environment preferably in FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP is must.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English both spoken and written
• Locate or open to relocate to Ankara
