The TikTok Turkey Content Operations team is responsible for driving the supply of diverse & high quality content on the platform by building close relationships with the most relevant creators and publishers in these countries. The team will also create locally relevant programs (editorial or product programs, tentpoles, events) and localize global ones to cultivate a healthy and vibrant community, engage our Top publishers & creators and to drive product adoption. TikTok Content Ops works cross-functionally with a variety of teams (Product, Marketing, Communications, Public Affairs, Monetization…) to drive the achievements of the Company’s objectives in these markets and serve as the local expert voice for global teams. This is a full-time position based in Dubai. Responsibilities – Support partners & creators managers in engaging & growing managed accounts – Support tentpole activations to maximize performances and create content opportunities for creators & partners – Support long term content programs to grow ecosystem and create content opportunities for creators & partners – Spot and flag sensitive trends / search queries – Localize global / regional activations and programs to maximize local impact – Develop and execute locally relevant programs to drive Creator and Publisher engagement by working closely with Local Creator and Publisher teams – Localize and Adaptation: contribute to the customization and adaptability of Central and Regional programs to meet local market needs and cultural nuances. Help execute locally owned tentpoles, scaled community-building efforts, DEI strategy, Creator Summits, and Awards – Operational Support: support the onboarding, localization and day-to-day operations of programs in local markets. Ensure program objectives align with Regional and Central best practices and goals of driving product adoption, key vertical content supply and priority TikTok initiatives. – Performance Monitoring: assist in developing and monitoring metrics for program success. Regular reporting on program performance and insights for improvement. – Market Insights Collection: provide relevant market insights to inform program adaptation. Deliver actionable insights to Regional and Central teams – Collaboration and Communication: foster positive relationships with cross-functional, Regional and Central teams to ensure effective execution of programs.
Minimum Qualifications – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, relevant field or equivalent practical experience. – Interest in program management, operations, market insights or related areas. – Understanding of local market dynamics and cultural considerations. – Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills. – Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. – Eagerness to learn and contribute to the success of programs. – Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Turkish Preferred Qualifications – Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. – Proficiency in creative software tools such as Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Figma, etc., is a plus. – Additional language proficiency in Azerbaijani and Russian would be preferred TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
