Key Responsibilities:
Process and verify invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Manage vendor accounts, including setting up new vendors and maintaining accurate records.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Monitor and manage the PTP mailbox, responding to vendor inquiries and resolving issues.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth and efficient PTP operations.
Assist with month-end closing activities and prepare relevant reports.
Maintain accurate and organized documentation for audit purposes.
Qualifications & Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a PTP Accountant or in a similar role.
Knowledge of financial compliance and reporting requirements in relation to accounting standards
Fluent in Turkish and English language
Good communication skills and ability to learn
As a preference:
Experience of performing accounting in a logistics or similar industry
Experience of using Oracle Cloud
