What you’ll do

• Monitoring contacts (e-mail exchange and outbound calls);
• Identifying and suggesting improvement opportunities;
• Creating reports based in your findings;
• Promoting actions to optimize the achievement of Key Performance Indicators;
• Providing feedback to CSRs (aligned with the Supervisors) and identifying training needs with the Trainer.

What you’ll need

• Fluency in Turkish (Native level);
• Fluency in English (C1 level);
• Interest, passion and solid experience as QA;
• Understands costumer service business and trends;
• Experience in Sales project (desirable);
• Learn fast, agile and adaptable skills;
• Curious and sharp analytical mindset;
• Internal Employees are encouraged to enroll on JUMP! to be considered for this or other Supervisor/Trainer/Quality positions in the future;
