DESCRIPTION
Global Hiring Quality team is looking for a Quality Specialist with Turkish to help develop and maintain quality assurance processes for Amazon Workforce Staffing Candidate Services (WFS CS) around the globe. The Quality Assurance Associate should understand the business metrics (quality and productivity KPIs), build a story which summarizes holistic quality performance, identify solutions and implement the necessary actions. Following this initial phase, it is imperative to own the actions and drive the required changes which lead to improved performance. The role should be setting the benchmark for standards we expect to deliver internally to drive a stronger hiring experience. This position necessitates fluency in the following areas: verbal, written, reading, and comprehension in Turkish and English.
Key job responsibilities
- Perform quality audits to ensure adherence to standard of work.
- Monitor and report quality metrics, deep dive and identify trends/root causes.
- Liaise with internal and external teams to implement best practices and to drive performance improvements.
- Support/consult with the necessary functions to ensure new policies/processes are successfully scoped and rolled out with measurable results against key metrics.
- Assist with compiling, analyzing and driving First and Repeated Contact Resolution improvement initiatives.
- Provide clear insight into performance drivers and the levers which impact performance.
- Implement and own action plans which drive performance improvements.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in the following languages: English and Turkish (B1/B2+)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to comply to improvements in processes as they happen
- Knowledge of all MS Office tools
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Additional European language is a plus
- Experience in customer service or multi-location HR support
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to analyze data and to use the data to drive decision making
