What do we expect from our new team member?
Carrying out R&D projects and R&D Center activities,
Conducting hands-on trials in the laboratory and production units both individually and in teams with different competencies,
Bringing and adopting new technologies,
Conducting researches both theoretically and practically,
Developing alternative materials and technologies and taking responsibility for the product development,
Documenting and evaluating the data scientifically,
Formulating and developing new products based on the needs of the global market,
Collaborating with different technical experts in various industries,
Optimizing the cost and performance balance,
What we are looking for?
BSc/MSc degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science and Technology,
1-3 years working experience in the field is an asset,
R&D Center experience is an asset,
Excellent command of written and spoken English (Interviews conducted in English),
Advanced computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Powerpoint),
Curious, self-motivated with business mind-set and high energy,
Problem solving competency and eager to learn,
Strong communication skills and taking active role as a team member and/or team leader on the projects,
No travel restrictions.
