Regional Key Partner Development Manager (APAC, EU and Turkey), Quick Commerce (Shops)

Job Description

Are you experienced in developing joint business plans, working with regional partners across multiple markets, and building strategic relationships with external stakeholders? We are looking for a Regional Partner Development Manager to drive brand-level performance, foster regional collaborations, and execute impactful initiatives that enhance our partnerships.

In this role, you will engage with key partners across 18 markets in APAC, EU, and Turkey, ensuring seamless collaboration between local and regional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the retail and CPG landscape in these regions, with an existing network or contacts within retail chains being highly preferred. This position reports to the Regional Head of Vendor Growth and plays a crucial role in strengthening foodpanda’s strategic alliances.

  1. Develop and Execute Joint Business Plans
  • Lead the creation and execution of joint business plans with key regional partners, aligning strategic priorities to drive performance.
  • Define growth objectives and develop action plans to optimize brand-level results across multiple markets.
  • Ensure seamless implementation of initiatives by working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  1. Foster Regional Partnerships & Market Expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners operating across multiple markets.
  • Identify and onboard new regional partnerships that enhance foodpanda’s vendor ecosystem.
  • Leverage market insights (and an existing industry network, if available) to accelerate partnership development.
  1. Drive Market Alignment & Collaboration
  • Work closely with local market teams to ensure consistency in regional strategies and execution.
  • Consolidate and oversee joint business plans across all markets, ensuring alignment and maximizing impact.
  • Act as a key liaison between local teams and regional commercial leadership to streamline decision-making.
  1. Performance Tracking & Optimization
  • Set clear performance targets for key partners and monitor progress using data-driven insights.
  • Analyze market dynamics, identify opportunities, and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Develop reports and insights to support leadership in making informed strategic decisions.
  1. Act as a Regional Liaison:
  • Serve as the point of contact between local market teams and regional commercial leadership to streamline communication and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, business development, or strategic partnerships.
  • Proven experience in executing joint business plans and managing large, multi-market accounts.
  • Experience working with regional partners across multiple markets, particularly in APAC.
  • A strong network or prior experience dealing with retail chains and CPGs is highly preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration across different geographies.
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required; additional language skills are a plus.
