Job Description

We’re looking for a Relationship Manager to build and strengthen client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and business growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact.
  • Conduct consultations to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Analyze feedback and data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop strategies to maximize client satisfaction and drive revenue.
  • Collaborate across teams to align offerings with client needs.
  • Identify and act on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Address client concerns proactively, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Stay updated on market trends, industry regulations, and competitor activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • Strong vendor management expertise to optimize supplier relationships.
  • Knowledge of payment security standards (e.g., PCI DSS) and regulatory compliance in the gaming industry.
  • Proficiency in risk management, market research, and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent data analysis, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience with project management and user-centered design principles.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory compliance in betting and gaming.
  • Proven problem-solving ability and a collaborative, cross-functional approach.
