Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Huhtamaki (Elif Plastiks) Esenyurt for a Repro Colour Separation Supervisor. The Repro Supervisor is responsible for separating and preparing artwork as well as planning for printing purposes, providing colour proofs and samples, and ensuring that all artwork meets company standards and client expectations. He/she will step in for the Repro Manager.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Artpro, Artpro plus, Adobe Creative Suite, with expertise in Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Man Management skills ideal.
  • Proficient in colour theory, colour correction, and high-end retouch and manipulation techniques
  • Experience in colour separations, printing techniques and file formats
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across projects.
  • Good understanding of CMYKOGV, Pantone, colour spaces
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant experience in the printing and packaging industry is a plus.
  • English speaking and written proficiency – advantage.
  • Wide web Flexo/Roto is a MUST have offset an advantage.
  • Packaging converting understanding is a plus.
