Qualifications
University Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or related field.
Min3 years of work experience
Very good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel . Prior experience with data visualization tool (Power BI, etc.) and SQLis preferred.
Strong English language skills, both written and spoken
Demonstrated understanding of air freight operations to drive strategic solutions aligned with business goals.
Proactive Approach and Analytical Problem-Solving
Familiarity with revenue management objectives, pricing processes, and competitor analysis.
Familiarity with project planning methodologies, multitasking, and meeting deadlines.
Previous International exposure (University, Internship, Work experience)
Very good communication and presentation skills
Able to work in remote or hybrid model.

We are looking for a Revenue Management Senior Specialist to work at UPS-SCS.
Role;
Our team focuses on strategic revenue management, market analysis, and pricing strategies to drive profitable outcomes.
As a Revenue Management specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and executing revenue strategies and policies for our European operations. You will administer revenue management compliance and measurement objectives. This role requires an organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to transform data into actionable insights to guide decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Revenue Management Strategies:
Maintain Pricing and Revenue Management system and ensure user training and support when appropriate.
Support the establishment of pricing guidelines and compliance objectives for the European market.
Contribute to the development and implementation of revenue management procedures and campaigns.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Retrieve, analyze, and interpret shipment and revenue performance data to generate actionable insights for internal stakeholders, including Sales, Pricing, Revenue Management, and Marketing groups.
Develop both standard and ad-hoc reports to assess business results and influence senior management decision-making.
Records and update methodology documentation for data retrieval and reporting processes, ensuring comprehensive documentation.
