Job Description:

Purpose

The role of the SAM (Sales & Acquisition Manager) is to ensure all HSSE (Health Safety Security Environment), sales, financial, credit, operational and NFR (Non-Fuels Retailing)plans are delivered through the implementation of customer and dealer value propositions that maximizes profitability and sustainable long-term growth; in collaboration with Network core team, Commercial Fuels, NFR, Marketing, Finance, Credit, Trade & Supply, Legal teams.

To deliver projects consistent with network plans at maximum profitability to achieve fit for purpose HSSE compliant, quality network with all the facilities necessary to profitably sell products to the customer, meeting investment criteria and business targets and manage the execution of real estate acquisitions projects.

Accountabilities

Ensure that HSSE and Compliance are owned by the dealers as a way of living embedded in their DNAs. Deliver Territory P&L (Profit & Loss) Contribution, B2C White Oil & Auto Gas Volume, NFR income, Credit & Operational targets by taking site-based actions in collaboration with relevant teams. Manage DSO (Daily Sales Outstanding), OD (Overdue), Credit Risks and related securities in line with STAS (Shell & Turcas Petrol A.Ş.) plans; and avoid bad debt. Deliver growth, contract renewal, care and maintain, value added and asset integrity projects as per network plans to increase network efficiency. Support and deliver agreed execution plan of NFR Dealer Value Preposition Offer on time to maximize NFR Income Develop relationships within the industry, establish a pipeline of projects through NTI/S projects. Provide feedback, share market information and take actions for Pricing proposals and utilize individual site profitability, especially for Auto Gas. Maintaining the network by following up expiry dates of current contracts and finalizing contract renewals. Ensure site operational excellence and service quality are maximized by coaching and motivating Dealers, Site Managers, Frontline staff and Operations Support Specialists & Team Lead. Builds and evaluates business cases for investments. Prepares investment proposals to obtain internal approval. Ensures project capex and revex spend is consistent with annual budget phasing. Ensure all global and local retail programs, projects, key business activities and organizations are being followed and delivered successfully. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, engineers, environmental, legal and others) To take the necessary actions for the training and development of the employees at the stations and to work in coordination with the training department. Contributing to the solutions of the problems that arise by working in coordination with other shell staff working in the territory. To achieve common goals by consulting dealers in an appropriate way to increase commercial activities. To realize the main investment plans by working in coordination with the central Shell team regarding investment activities. To follow the market and economic conditions closely, to make the necessary preparations for the revision of the investment plans and to fulfill the notifications. Coordinating the opening and closing and transfer processes of the sites, taking into account the occupational safety rules. To coach the dealers and site managers, taking into account the basic principles and principles of Shell

Skills and Main Requirements

Fluency in English Valid driving license Microsoft programs knowledge (excel, word, PowerPoint) Experience and Qualifications required Commercial acumen, analytical and strategic thinking. Excellent negotiating skills. Numerate and skilled at writing investment proposals in English.
