EF- English Live Sales Team is looking for an enthusiastic person with a high level of Turkish to join our European team in Barcelona’s office.
As a Sales and Customer Service agent, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our Online English courses. You will have a key role in developing, revenue, and the number of students joining our online school and being part of a fast-growing business.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Sales:
- Inbound and Outbound calls to potential new customers.
- Upgrade and Renew current customers.
- Take full ownership of direct sales in the region and reach KPI’s and Sales targets.
- Achieve excellent customer service and proactively respond to client queries.
- Performs database and record-keeping activities.
The Sales performance will be based on the KPIs settled on a monthly basis.
Customer Service:
- Book and run 1-on-1 onboarding calls with new EF EnglishLive students.
- Build strong coaching relationships with new customers to ensure they are striving for the right goals.
- Proactively help to build students’ learning habits.
- Communicate on a regular basis with EF English Live students via our omnichannel solutions (video calls, audio calls, chat, emails, etc) to ensure they are progressing and having a great experience with EF English Live.
- Ensure that the customer delivers on his payment schedule.
The Customer Service performance will be assessed on our students’ cancellations rate, school usage, progress, and student’s satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Based in Barcelona and eligible to work from there
- Fluent level in Turkish both written and verbal (any other language such as Danish would be a plus)
- Minimum B2 level of English
- Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers
- Cultural awareness and team-player
- Good understanding of KPIs and targets
- 1st month fully office based for trainings
