ELDS Sales & Solutions Manager
We seek for ” Sales Channel Managerr” who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB Office located in Maltepe Istanbul-Turkiye location. Defines and implements the Sales & Marketing strategies together with Product Marketing and other Sales teams, in line with Business Area & Line Strategies for all segments and ensures regular follow-up on strategies, financial and non-financial KPIs with targeted leads in the Region, Define and generate good relations with key customers in the responsible countries and develop the business along with ABB product/ solution portfolio, Defines key targets (e.g. volume, prices, mix) and ensures these are achieved for all segments, Ensures detailed business plans with regular follow up are in place, Leading the development and implementation of the account plan and growth actions for segment specific big end user accounts as account manager, or assigning account manager within the organization Demand creation activities and directing the scope, technical specification, and solution architecture of the investments, in a close coordination with technical promotion and consultancy team, Contributes to critical sales and key frame agreements negotiations, Coordinates sales and marketing efforts and pricing policies that require channel/segment partner participation, Ensures appropriate communication, promotion and training activities in all segments, Supports driving strategic partnerships, developing personal relationships with partners, customers and other decision makers, Monitors client financial status and reports any changes regarding risk to relevant internal partner teams., Responsible for identifying and managing risks relating to contract agreements and prices across customers/ channels/segments, Ensures (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Coaches, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies. Drives and ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration, All activities should be kept in Salesforce.com and follow up financial and non-financial KPIs via this tool.
