We’re looking for an Off Premise Department Assistant who is strong communication skills, solution oriented and prone to teamwork, able to think quickly, have time management skills, and have a high level of responsibility.

Planning
Assist Off Premise department director and managers on the daily work routine such as; arrange meetings and appointments, coordinate visit program and agendas, making travel (flights & Accommodation) arrangements
Welcome the guests coming from abroad, making the organizations such as hotel and flight tickets
Prepare reports & presentations according to management demands
Organizing Off Premise department meetings and welcoming/hosting visitors
Manage
Follow up, coordinate, process vendor invoices through invoice approval system
Upload vendor agreements and contracts in contract management internal tool, coordinate signatures and communicate effectively
Support the Off Premise department director and managers in their daily office operations and needs
Organize Off Premise department meetings and welcoming/hosting visitors
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise

University Graduation
Minimum 1-2 years experiences in related area
Fluent in English
Competency in MS Office tools and systems(Excel, Power Point, Word)
