The Team

The PVH Southeast Region is one of the most dynamic organizations within PVH. We are responsible for developing the PVH brands (Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein) in the emerging markets such as Italy, Turkey, Greece, Middle East, Africa, and the CIS region. While covering a massive area counting 45+ countries, our hub is extremely diverse (25+ nationalities) and has strong potential. We are ambitious and committed to unlocking our full potential and to optimize the positioning of PVH in our markets.

The Role

Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales in the divisions; applying strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings through positive planning and management.

Position Responsibilities:

Order Period

  • Procurement Budgeting of Associates:
  • Prior to order period, supporting Wholesale Manager by examining the divisional development targets of current stores
  • Recording the examples throughout the season and giving updates to management when necessary
  • Making Vendor’s Order Sessions:
  • Following up the transportation of the samples from abroad to Turkey that will be used during order period, reporting weekly to Wholesale Manager about current situation. In case of any problem while transportation of the samples, taking precaution and informing related departments
  • As the samples arrive to Turkey, following up the organization of the showroom
  • Finding the interns with HR department for order period to enter the orders to the system and support general operation, training them prior to order period and managing them throughout the order period
  • Preparing the order period calendar with vendors and getting the written attendance confirmation by them

Season Management

  • Category Management:
  • During the season following up the shipping for the divisions of which s/he is in charge and ensuring the transmission of the products to the stores in the time it takes, reporting weekly to the Wholesale Manager about the phase of the shipping
  • During the season following up the shipping and the product sales for the divisions of which s/he is in charge and qualifying the performance of the products

PVH Europe HQ Management

  • Category Management:
  • Keeping good relationships with headquarter employees of the divisions of which s/he is in charge
  • Managing the visits of the overseas representatives of the divisions of which s/he is in charge at least once in a year
  • Responsible from NOS&DIRECT business for wlhs partners and work on planing

Relationships with Support Units (Headquarter Office)

  • Finance & Accounting:
  • Following up all documents about risk management (main contract, cheque, letter of guarantee, note) of the divisions of which s/he is in charge and receiving the documents that is at the correct amount and the expiree
  • Budget analysis and supporting budget data
  • BW , Hana, SAP data system using and supporting the team

The Ideal Candidate

  • University Degree and at least 3 years’ experience in a structured and fast paced environment, proven experience in making sales to the customers
  • You are commercially astute and analytical, Making Informed Decisions and communicate with impact across all levels
  • You will build great relationships with teams to Inspire Trust and use your stakeholder management skills to Collaborate to Win
  • You will Connect to Consumers and Make Informed Decisions together to deliver customer-centric solutions and achieve great results
  • You will work well with change, being able to quickly adapt and work with pace
  • You have excellent negotiation skills, always backing yourself with data & insights
  • Proficient with Office applications with advanced Excel skills
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
  • Ability to travel
