Dassault Systèmes is seeking a sales-driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our South Eastern team based in Istanbul. This position is part of a future pipeline, ensuring we have top talent ready to lead and grow our key clients and partners, and ensure the successful adoption of our solutions within Turkey.
Role Description & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners in Turkey, serving as their primary point of contact and understanding their business needs
- Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with Dassault Systèmes’ goals, identifying growth opportunities and maximizing account potential
- Collaborate with internal teams such as product, marketing, and support to ensure client needs are met and aligned with company objectives
- Act as a client advocate within Dassault Systèmes, ensuring that client feedback is communicated effectively and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track account health, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adjust strategies and ensure the company remains competitive within strategic accounts.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven track record in selling SaaS and Cloud management, preferably within the software, technology, or engineering sectors
- Over 5 years of experience selling software solutions to large clients or in the partner channel
- Experience in sales team management or a business consulting role is a plus
- Experience in managing direct or indirect business
- Experience in Aerospace & Defense, Transportation & Mobility, Mining Industry will be a big plus
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and navigate complex organizational structures
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Fluency in English and Turkish (additional languages are a plus)
