YOUR ROLE

  • Position in sales management with a deep understanding of regional/territory management, key midstream account development within that territory and understanding of technical and commercial structures within these accounts.
  • This role requires a natural ability to connect and engage with key influencing personnel at primarily regional field level, and occasional corporate centers, especially if located within the territory. 
  • Develops and maintains sustainable and long-term relationships with key accounts, key executives and sponsors Implements new customer acquisition plans for chain and prestige accounts.
  • Defines account-specific pricing, negotiates contracts, ensures fulfillment of commitments and implementation of commercial policy.
  • Broad knowledge of the midstream segment asset integrity principles, fluent in pipeline integrity management process.
  • Delivers account targets KP/TP OSG and PC Analyzes financial KPIs and proactively steers key account business Is responsible for timely and accurate admin. tasks supporting account strategy incl. sales forecast updates, monthly reports, etc.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3-5 years of direct experience in the pipeline industry. 
  • Account management
  • Demonstrated knowledge of contacts/industry at targeted segment 
  • Customer research
  • Identifying key player roles
  • Networking/social selling
  • Proposal generation/deal structure
  • Sales digital fluency
