Take ownership for business growth

As a Bently Nevada Sales Manager, you will look after Oil & Gas Accounts to ensure positioning Industrial Solutions as Partner of Choice, handle the Enterprise Accounts and set the right strategy to meet and exceed customer expectations and Business requirements.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Owning Bently Nevada/Industrial Solutions orders annual plan for the assigned territory while meeting quarterly and annual orders commitment and sales metrics such as cash and receivables.
  • Building customer relationships at different levels for the purpose of business development and sales.
  • Developing customer strategies, marketing campaign plans, conducting sales presentations and generating new opportunities and promoting New Products and Solutions
  • Driving aggressive growth targets and addressing volume and timing
  • Developing consultant’s awareness and knowledge on key Bently Nevada technologies and working with them on specifications
  • Demonstrating commercial and technical expertise in specific market and lead opportunity planning
  • Owning regional future planning and forecasting for Bently Nevada in the region specified
  • Driving cross-functional coordination with the Commercial Operations, Services, Engineering and Project Management teams

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Have 8+ years of experience.
  • Have experience in condition monitoring and asset management.
  • Have strong understanding of Oil & Gas customers in Turkey.
  • Have strong communication and presentation skills in English and Turkish.
  • Have strong customer-focused skills.
  • Have the Capability of hosting / facilitating discussion at meetings.
