Purpose of Role: This role will be initially responsible for supporting all OE sales activities in Turkey. The goal is to ensure that all sales-based tasks will be correctly processed through company’s CRM and ERP systems. The position holder will be responsible of the correct communication of the sales team with each-other, data-base and functional positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage country activities in line with Quality and SHE procedures, support the sales team on-site, and maximize sales opportunities for the Weir Minerals Equipment product portfolio.
  • Order Management: Prepare and follow up on quotations, manage the order entry process, and handle order amendments.
  • Address customer complaints, ensure customer satisfaction, and visit customer sites at least four times a year to build strong relationships.
  • Maintain CRM & ERP systems, prepare reports, and set up new customer accounts.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with the planning team on delivery dates and run customer satisfaction surveys with marketing.
  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mining, Mineral Processing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in MS Office applications, SAP is a big plus, and a strong result orientation with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to effectively collaborate with peers and senior business leaders.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
