Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Admin to take responsibility for the operation of the Brolly platform, which is primarily based on Salesforce infrastructure. The successful candidate will be tasked with implementing operational changes to the platform, ensuring that all technological updates are executed with rigorous governance and controls. This is to guarantee a reliable and robust technology environment. Additionally, the role encompasses accountability for BAU service requirements, including business support, access and security management, and incident resolution.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups to ensure seamless access and functionality
- Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems to achieve optimal integration and performance
- Developing clear and comprehensive documentation for future reference and training purposes
- Conducting thorough testing to ensure the Salesforce implementation meets the highest standards
- Identifying and resolving system issues or bugs while maintaining and managing Salesforce databases to ensure data integrity
- Fostering strong working relationships within the Legal & General group to enhance organisational benefits
Qualifications
Who we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of training and professional working experience
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
- An impactful communicator, with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Deployed & managed Salesforce instances in an SME organisation with B2B and B2C
- Experience in handling BAU support, change management and salesforce system upgrades
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced environment
- Ability to learn quickly and think creatively
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders across the business
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customisation
