Job Identification

We are looking for a SalesForce Effectiveness (SFE) Development Lead for our Commercial and Customer team located in Group Office. 

The SFE Development Lead will assess all current sales processes and systems based on an analysis of the available data to identify the improvement areas. For some processes, they will collaborate with countries to gather data and coordinate with cross-functional teams. They will take ownership of the necessary dashboards, monitor their KPIs, and prepare and deliver relevant reports. They will ensure that processes align with existing procedures and policies while maintaining their standardization.

What We Expect

  • Work with Regional SFE Lead & Teams to drive best-practices in Sales & Marketing Excellence – demonstrate stepwise improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of regional Sales resources.
  • Active Management of Agreed SFE KPIs; Monitor country performance against agreed Salesforce KPIs, and work with countries and the Region to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Sales incentives; Actively manage downstream adoption of Incentives Principles by Countries and support countries in closing gaps.
  • Provide direction of SFE, undertake additional project work where cross-functional capabilities, expertise or data are required.
  • Identify country training needs & extend support to impart training on the field to frontline company sales team.
  • Formulate new policies / SOPs / guidelines related to Commercial Operations to improve overall process efficiency so that standard way of working can be observed at all tiers and all countries.
  • Their implemented RTM Models, analyze preseller routes using digitial RTM tool to ensure their working in line with CCI guidelines, 
  • CRM management & deployment, provide hands-on support to Countries in tactical deployment of digital solutions.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI
  • Experience with data cleaning, transformation, and visualization.

Analytical Skills:

  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends and actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of predictive modeling, machine learning, or data mining is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication skills to explain data insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.

Experience:

  • 2–5 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
