In this Istanbul-based Finance COE Specialist role, you will report to the Region IT Manager and the Ferrero Technical Services Controlling Manager. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the proper use and maintenance of SAP systems, analyzing business processes, and designing and implementing SAP solutions to meet business and operational needs.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop SAP solutions to meet various project and operational requirements
• Ensure the upkeep and upgrade of SAP system standards
• Manage service outages, monitor, and report related incidents
• Oversee Local SAP User Account & Authorization Management in line with company guidelines
• Analyze current processes and identify needs for new processes, document AS IS and TO BE flows, liaise with all project stakeholders, and coordinate with the Group to ensure project alignment with Group standards
• Conduct unit tests, assist users with user acceptance tests, organize or participate in training sessions, and provide post-go-live support
• Implement preventive measures to ensure continuous operational SAP service
• Utilize the service desk ticket tool to track local SAP requests

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Preferably prior experience in a related area
• Extensive experience in full business analysis lifecycle
• Strong skills in Business Process Mapping
• Experience in SAP modules (Especially FI and MM Modules)
• Solid written and verbal communication skills in both English and Turkish
