Growth and passion lie at the heart of the Marketplace Team! The team is responsible for leading initiatives to identify opportunities to expand the product selection for our customers. The team helps business teams to identify growth opportunities based on technology and data-driven processes.

Your Main Responsibilities
- Designing accurate analysis models to answer various business-related questions and assist decision-making throughout the company,
- Exposure to conversion rate optimization experimentation processes,
- Build seller-based dashboards with SQL, Looker,
- Implement seller campaigns with other departments- do A/B tests continuously,
- Identifying targets and designing performance analysis models for sales organizations for both short and long-term recruitment,
- Define the seller growth plans, execute growth programs, optimize the revenue and improve quality by focusing on,
- Value analysis, Long Term Forecasting, Pre & Post Analysis,
- Working on exploratory data analysis so you can navigate a dataset and come out with broad conclusions based on initial appraisals,
- Revenue management via creating an offering portfolio and identifying segments,
- Working closely with growth and category departments on assigned projects for commercial effectiveness,
- Having a growth mindset with an understanding of key e-commerce metrics,
- Supporting and leading strategic business initiatives.
Qualities We Are Looking For
- University degree preferably in Engineering, Economics, Statistics,
- Strong analytic capabilities in analyzing user behaviors via benchmarking and developing user engagement and retention journey strategies,
- Have a commercial drive (results & solution focused, flexible/adaptable),
- A strong background in acquisition, retention, churn management, revenue management,
- Excellent in simplifying complex data, converting them into seamless processes, and concepts to highlight key insights and guide decision making,
- Cross-functional working capability,
- Advanced knowledge of SQL is must,
- Excellent command of MS Office applications, Good knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus,
- Minimum 4+ years of working experience,
- Data analysis and reporting enthusiast,
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
