Role:

The role is responsible for developing commercial strategies to increase business volume with existing and potential customers. 

The role also focuses on creating new business models by not limited with third-party shipping lines, exporters, importers, freight forwarders, and other logistics players to expand the company’s revenue and operational capacity.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage processes related to cargo and container storage, stuffing, repairs, value-added services (VAS), warehouse operations, customs clearance, and intermodal transportation in all over Turkiye.
  • Achieve the defined KPIs for import/export cargo, freight forwarder companies, third-party shipping lines, reefer importers/exporters, and intermodal transportation.
  • Enhance and promote value-added services (VAS) such as stuffing, unstuffing, consolidation, lashing, customs clearance, and reefer services.
  • Monitor and direct terminal stuffing to CCIS sites
  • Conduct meetings with existing and potential customers to identify business growth opportunities and secure agreements.
  • Perform customer visits and customer calls with regular reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (operations, finance, legal, etc.) to optimize processes.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to strengthen the company’s competitive advantage.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Experience in customer relations, business development and sales activities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications; knowledge of CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • B class Driving Licence
