Responsibilities
As an Engineering Manager at EPAM, you will
Champion Cloud-Based Solutions: Lead the development and implementation of groundbreaking software solutions, focusing on cloud technologies
Excel in Agile Project Management: Manage software development projects from conception to deployment, employing agile methodologies for maximum efficiency and effectiveness
Nurture Client Relationships: Be the key technical liaison for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and professionalism
Lead and Inspire: Mentor a diverse team of software engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning
Strategic Organizational Contribution: Work collaboratively across departments to align technical goals with EPAM’s broader strategic objectives
What You Bring to the Table
A strong foundation in software engineering, particularly in cloud computing environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
A proven track record in agile project management and leading high-performing software development teams
Outstanding client-facing and interpersonal communication skills
Leadership acumen coupled with solid organizational abilities
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Extensive experience in software engineering and project management
Relevant certifications in cloud technologies and agile methodologies (preferred)
