The Senior HSE Coordinator at the Turkish Fabrication site is responsible for managing all HSE issues and incidents, supporting the SIA HSE and Emergency Response Plans, and ensuring compliance with the supplier’s HSE management system. This role covers two main fabrication sites in Turkey for the Sakarya Phase 2 project which are based in Gemlik and Golcuk.
Contract Duration: 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide HSE support to the Subsea7 site manager and project management team.
Oversee monthly reporting, project/site inductions, and emergency response arrangements.
Support the Leading Safety Program and health management across all worksites.
Lead vehicle and road transport safety, DROPs prevention, Human organisational performance, and Safety in Design support.
Integrate IOGP HSE processes where relevant.
Advise on health, safety, security, and environmental matters.
Promote and deliver SUBSEA7 SSoW elements.
Complete weekly and monthly reports and lead HSE meetings.
Lead incident investigations and monitor action close-outs.
What experience would we like you to have?
Hold relevant HSE qualifications and have at least 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
Demonstrated experience working with diverse workforces and diverse cultural backgrounds.
Proficient in the English language – Both written and spoken.
Proficient in Turkish language – Both written and spoken.
Use Microsoft Teams, Streams, OneDrive, office programs.
